I thought i’d start writing myself periodically to remind me of the different things i’ve learned or want to improve on-or whatever really…here goes my first one!
try and be a little more positive. you’re draining the happy energy around you!
stop worrying about things that you have no control over.
look for the good in everyone. yes, even those you can’t stand.
stop being so intimidated. if you feel like posting or doing something-DO IT. stop worrying if others will like it or not-
get up and and walk that 30 mins. you’ll be glad you did.
stop comparing yourself to others. there is only one YOU and you are the best version of yourself.
don’t take what people say so personal. remember how people treat others is a reflection of them not you.
be more SOUL conscious instead of self-conscious.
remember you have a human inside of you everything you do has an effect on him.
tomorrow never comes so focus on TODAY.
try to focus on making others feel better about themselves instead of always looking for others to make you feel better about yourself.
hug ryan more.
spend more time fixing your home up.
love on your family a little more.
