2 WAYS I USE TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL

May 18, 2017

I need to be honest…I am NO expert when it comes to Essential Oils, all I know is they work. I do not like to take medicine-even tylenol. So figuring out how I can use different natural oils in the place of medication is interesting to me. I love figuring out which oils work for different things. I need to be honest…I am NO expert when it comes to Essential Oils, all I know is they workNow I’m sure you could go on Pinterest and find a bunch of different things each oil works for. I just wanted to share this quick post about one of MY favorites (at least right now)-TEA TREE OIL, and how I use it.

1. MOUTH INFECTIONS, SORES OR BLISTERS: A couple months back I had HORRIBLE sores in my mouth. They were so painful. It was torture. I tried everything-salt and warm water, antibiotic etc. Nothing was working. It was so painful I would cry in frustration of nothing I was trying working. So I decided to try one of my Moms essential oils-TEA TREE! I always dilute my oils in coconut oil cause applying the oils alone burns for me. So I started rubbing a little on my blisters every 30 minutes. What I couldn’t get rid of in a week was gone overnight! I was so amazed!! This was not a one time testing. Anytime I get any kind of mouth infection or sore I apply TEA TREE OIL and they heal up within a day or even earlier than that!

2. WARTS OR MOLES: I have freckles and moles all over my body. Sometimes though I have moles or warts that may look a little suspicious (dont worry I usually get them checked out) or annoying. Anytime I go to have them checked though I get a slip from the DOC saying I need to buy some kind of expensive cream or whatever to heal it. Like I said…I really try as much as possible to avoid using anything like that. So I decided to try rubbing TEA TREE OIL on them. IT WORKS!! I probably should’ve taken BEFORE & AFTER pictures to prove it works. I just rub oil on it when I wake up and before going to bed. They dont always fade completely but they do reduce majorly in . Sometimes they do fade completely away.

HOW MUCH COCONUT OIL TO ESSENTIAL OIL: Well I always just put in a little coconut oil then a couple drops of essential oils. I always just estimate based on when I can smell the essential oil and not the coconut oil. If that makes sense!

These are just some of my own experiences!! I am trying to study and learn as much as I can about how to use essential oils (or natural things in general) and how I can apply them to my health and best of all avoid at all cost taking any form of medication. I do not have kids yet and want to RIGHT NOW learn different ways I can make my home a safer more natural place for me and my family! If you have any personal experiences with oils and how you use them-PLEASE SHARE!!

Hope these were helpful!!!!

I use lavender all the time when I get a bug bite, which is like everyday here! Peppermint is helpful with headaches and sinus. We diffuse it also when there is a cough in the family.
